From founding and scaling Empire Solar Group, a national and widely recognized (Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies, Utah Fast 50) residential and commercial solar firm, to an impressive $250 million in revenue within just four years, to facing the heart-wrenching loss of it all, Abby's story embodies the resilience and relentless drive that define her spirit.
Having tasted the sweetness of success and confronted the bitterness of a devastating setback, Abby's journey is a testament to her unwavering resolve. This personal challenge not only tested her but also forged her into an indomitable entrepreneur, igniting her determination to rise from the ashes and rebuild stronger than ever.
Today, Abby serves as the CEO of RDCL, a thriving tech startup she co-founded, which deploys labor resources through a shared-economy model. She also hosts the popular podcast Blind Ambitions, focused on founders in the solar industry, and holds advisory board roles with the Residential Solar Association. Through corporate consulting, 1:1 coaching, and her active social media presence, Abby shares her hard-earned lessons to empower and guide other founder CEOs.
