Twenty years inside high-growth companies in the trades — scaling teams, fixing systems, making decisions in the dark.
The first company I built from scratch scaled from zero to $250M in four years.
Then I started over. Today I’m building Radicl — and 1982 Media, the media company I always wanted to run.
Twenty years inside high-growth companies in the trades — scaling teams, fixing systems, making decisions in the dark. The org chart and the human under it. The numbers and the tension in the room. Most of what I know I learned when things were breaking.
A Top-5 national residential solar company, built from scratch to $250M in four years. 500+ employees. 900+ sales reps. Inc. 5000. I ran sales, technology, brand, recruiting, and culture at the same time — often before the systems existed to support any of it. I didn't have a playbook. I had pattern recognition, a high tolerance for chaos, and the conviction that people perform when they're trusted and held to something real.
A field operations platform for home services companies scaling faster than their systems can support. It's where I learned that the tools that get you to traction are usually the same ones that break at scale — and that the only durable advantage is a team you've actually built, not just hired.
The media company I always wanted to run. Blind Ambitions is the flagship show. I write occasionally. I mentor a small number of founders at a time, by application. There's more coming.
Deploying AI as actual operating infrastructure. Not a buzzword. Not a side project.
Proving that trades businesses can be tech-forward without losing their soul.
Cultures where the best people do their best work, because they’re trusted and held to something real.
I’m also a mom of four and a believer, and someone who thinks the best leadership advice is usually the most obvious thing nobody wants to say out loud. Most of what I’ve learned came from the seasons I wouldn’t want to repeat.
